THE MEANING BEHIND MIYAH
“Miyah” is a Jaru word meaning “More.”
It reflects a respectful relationship with land and community — recognising what is given by Country and ensuring it is cared for properly.
For Miyah Mining Services, it represents:
More responsibility
More accountability
More local engagement
More long-term thinking for properly.
